Line/Prep Cook (16 - 24 hrs per week)
The ideal candidate: is driven, detail oriented, has a collaborative attitude, and is willing to assist where needed throughout the kitchen.
Must be available on both weekend days.
As a member of the culinary team, you will execute all tasks related to prep, assembly, and finishing of the savory menu while displaying a commitment to Le Clementine values and team culture.
Starting at $16/hr
Responsibilities include*:

Assists lead cook on execution of weekly menu (includes seasonal sandwiches, salads and soups)

Prepares detailed recipes independently in a timely manner while ensuring consistency and quality

Commitment to production saftey procedures

All staff will be assisting on daily dishwashing and kitchen clean up

Requirements include*:

High School Diploma, GED or higher education

Food Safety Manager certification preferred

Strong commitment to highest product quality

Ability to lift heavy items, at least 50 lbs on a daily basis

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Stamina: ability to stand for 10 hours at a time
