Line/Prep Cook (16 - 24 hrs per week)

The ideal candidate: is driven, detail oriented, has a collaborative attitude, and is willing to assist where needed throughout the kitchen. 

Must be available on both weekend days. 

As a member of the culinary team, you will execute all tasks related to prep, assembly, and finishing of the savory menu while displaying a commitment to Le Clementine values and team culture. 

Starting at $16/hr

     Responsibilities include*:

  • Assists lead cook on execution of weekly menu (includes seasonal sandwiches, salads and soups)

  • Prepares detailed recipes independently in a timely manner while ensuring consistency and quality 

  • Commitment to production saftey procedures

  • All staff will be assisting on daily dishwashing and kitchen clean up

     What we offer:

     Requirements include*:

  • High School Diploma, GED or higher education

  • Food Safety Manager certification preferred

  • Strong commitment to highest product quality

  • Ability to lift heavy items, at least 50 lbs on a daily basis

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Stamina: ability to stand for 10 hours at a time
