Line Cook/FOH (8 - 19 hrs per week)
The ideal candidate: is driven, detail oriented, has a collaborative attitude, and is willing to assist where needed throughout the kitchen.
Must have weekend availability.

As a member of the culinary team, you will execute all tasks related to prep, assembly, and finishing of the savory menu while displaying a commitment to Le Clementine values and team culture.
This position will also consist of at least one FOH shift per week. FOH duties including setting up for daily service, processing sales
transactions, beverage prep, and closing tasks while upholding excellent customer service.

Starting at $16/hr

Responsibilities include*:

Assists on execution of weekly plated café menu.

Prepares detailed recipes independently in a timely manner while ensuring consistency and quality.

Commitment to production saftey procedures.
-
All staff assists on daily dishwashing and kitchen clean up.

Requirements include*:

High School Diploma, GED or higher education
-
Food Safety Manager certification preferred

Strong commitment to highest product quality

Ability to lift heavy items, at least 50 lbs on a daily basis

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Stamina: ability to stand for 10 hours at a time
