First-Line Manager (Salaried Position)
Location: Downtown St. Pete
The ideal candidate is: capable of leading a team, comfortable stepping in to accomplish goals, values team culture, is well-versed in Le Clementine bakeshop products and values, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Must have experience as a First - line manager or experiences that display essential leadership skills required of a First-line manager.
Will be helping lead the pastry & culinary teams, including working hands-on to complete daily tasks.
Must be available Wednesdays - Sundays, including early mornings (4am on select days).
Responsibilities include*:

Assists Paulina in supervising the pastry and culinary teams - ensures all day-to-day operations run smoothly to exceed our customers' expectations.

Takes weekly inventory and ensures the kitchen is adequately stocked with quality ingredients and supplies.

Inspects finished product to ensure that established standards on quality, consistency and aesthetic appeal are met.

Monitors operations and implements corrective actions as needed.

Commitment to production safety procedures.

All staff will be assisting on daily dishwashing and kitchen clean up.

Requirements include*:

High School Diploma, GED or higher education

Food Safety Manager certification preferred

Proven ability to lead a team

Strong commitment to highest product quality

Ability to lift heavy items, at least 50 lbs on a daily basis
